"Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun!"

Based in Singapore, Esskayarr’s adventure started in May 2014, thoughtfully created for the love of fine, beautiful-to-touch and visually-delightful stationery. Solely founded and owned by the very ambitious and colourful personality, Siti Khairunnisa Rahmad (Nisa), Esskayaar also scaled through great heights to provide graphic design services to many organisations in Singapore.

Undoubtedly, Esskayarr’s successes are attributed to Nisa never losing sight of her personal objectives and original priorities; focusing on arts and women empowerment. She is passionate about wanting to use her artistic flair to empower aspiring women achieve their fullest potential in their entrepreneurship journey.

In 2016, she started bringing clever ideas, playfulness and bright colour palettes to the table. Having attended various mentorship programs with renowned watercolour artists, locally and internationally, Nisa has currently established herself as a Watercolour Artist and Graphic Designer. Her colourful and meticulous illustrations filled the pages of Esskayarr’s Life Reflection III Calendar 2018, which was sold for more than 600 copies.

“Knowing that I can empower them to get in touch with their creative flair and enjoy the simple pleasure of expression through painting, to me that is bliss and life fulfilment. So relax, it is only paint!” - Nisa Rahmad

In 2018, Esskayarr began offering watercolour workshops, in addition other upgrading courses, to help participants kick the work-stress away and be in touch with their inner creativity. More explicitly, Nisa endeavours to share what she has learnt with others. She is a positive, determined and passionate hands-on creative who absolutely thrives off helping other women celebrate little successes in their lives through the art of watercolour in a relaxed, heartwarming and zen-friendly environment.

Today, through Esskayarr’s signature courses, the Watercolour Workshop and Adobe Illustrator workshop, like Nisa, budding artists get to indulge in the best of both worlds - modern digital design and traditional craft media (watercolour).
